  • Settings and "Check repository status" show green, but chats, Cowork or scheduled cloud sessions get "GitHub access to this repository is not enabled for this session" or say GitHub isn't connected
  • Repository picker shows "No repositories available" or leaves out private, org, collaborator, newly created or second-account repos
  • Selected repository or connector toggle does not persist and keeps disconnecting, or desktop keeps asking to reconnect or install the app
  • Write actions (push, commit, create branch, create repo) fail with 403 "Resource not accessible by integration" while reads work
  • Org installation stays "needs to be reconnected" after an org rename, or a collaborator sees "app isn't connected to Claude"
