Quiet. No reports in the last two weeks, down from 9 a week at the late-September peak. Not fixed, and no vendor reply yet.

GitHub app install prompt repeats after app is already connected. Claude Code on claude.ai says "I need to download the github app" when sending a prompt or searching, despite installation.
