Still happening. 2 reports and thumbs-up in each of the last two weeks, down from 26 a week at the late-September peak. Not fixed, but a workaround is known.

Repositories not found when connecting GitHub integration. In GitHub settings for Claude Code on claude.ai, "no repositories come available" or "no repository recognized" after connecting.
