Still happening. 1 report or thumbs-up in each of the last two weeks, down from 14 a week at the mid-October peak. Not fixed, and no vendor reply yet.

Artifact approval prompt missing

Click the notification for the permission prompt. It opens a separate view of the thread outside the Project, where the permission prompt is visible and can be clicked.

Prompts not relayed to Remote Control

Run claude attach <id> from a terminal and answer the dialog there; the blocked session then continues.

Start a new thread to restore auto-approve (loses the conversation context).

What's included

Approval prompt to permanently delete an artifact never appears in the thread, desktop or web, and the thread stays blocked; typed confirmation does nothing
"Allow Claude to work in a folder on your device" card returns on every new thread despite "Always allow" or "Set as default folder"
"Allow Claude to connect to your device in this thread" card posts at every cloud thread start; Allow spins, then fails with worker_busy_gave_up
Thread drops auto-approve after the device bridge reconnects and asks for approval on every command
Project threads have no permission-mode selector, so Ask, Auto or Bypass cannot be chosen
