Quiet. No reports and thumbs-up in the last two weeks, down from 11 a week at the mid-October peak. Not fixed, but a workaround is known.

Artifact approval prompt never appears in Projects threads. Thread waits for approval on Artifact tool actions like "permanently delete the artifact", but no Allow/Deny control shows on desktop, web or iOS.
