Table recreate selects missing columns
“the migration select all values from the old table and insert them into the new table. but it select columns from the old table that do not exist yet”

SQLite table recreate migration selects nonexistent columns from old table. Generated INSERT INTO __new_<table> SELECT lists new or renamed column names that the old table does not have yet.
