Nested left join objects not nullified

“The same join, the same absent row, and the caller gets an object instead of null purely because the selection is one level deeper.”

Left join objects nested two levels deep never nullified. An unmatched LEFT JOIN returns an all-null object instead of null because mapResultRow only tracks nullify when path.length === 2.
