"Awaiting approval" badge or animated pending indicator stays after the approval was accepted and the task continued or finished, until restart
Submitting approval resets the checkbox and reopens the prompt; Allow, Deny and Stop do not respond
Task shows "Waiting for approval" but has no approval buttons and no message composer, so it cannot be answered or stopped
Seen with command execution, Computer Use, GitHub and deployment approvals in macOS desktop tasks and Work sessions
