What's included
- Existing or blank directory-named chats fail with "Failed to resume chat" and "no rollout found for thread id"; delete and archive also fail
- After deleting an agent in the CLI, new threads queue prompts and fail to resume with a missing-rollout error
- Background thread_hydration reads repeat "-32003: thread access denied" for the same cloud chats across restarts, alongside high renderer CPU or freezes
- Cloud/dot tasks vanish from the sidebar or a named Section after restart while backend listings still return them; opening one by direct link or read restores only that entry

- Chats whose saved history is actually deleted or corrupted on disk
- Sign-in or account access errors outside the chat list
- General desktop slowness not tied to chat list loading
