  • Long coding tasks stop mid-turn after running tools or editing files; reconnect attempts (2/5, 5/5) and retries keep failing; logs show server_overloaded
  • "Error running remote compact task: Selected model is at capacity" during context compaction
  • Existing long conversations or complex agent tasks fail while new chats or simple questions work; one account or one model fails while another account or model works
