Linear says agent didn't start
“In Linear, when a ticket is assigned to @Codex, the activity update response is "agent did not start", even though the agent did start, and ran the task.”

Linear shows "Agent didn't start" though Codex task runs. Assigning a ticket to @Codex kicks off the task, but Codex never reports back or provides updates to the Linear issue.
