Terminal @Browser fails with browser access host unavailable after app update. Desktop app chats still attach to Brave tabs; in the terminal, BROWSER_USE_ACCESS_PIPE_PATH and BROWSER_USE_ACCESS_VERIFYING_IDENTITY are missing from the environment.
