Project creation fails in WSL
“I am unable to create any new Local Project in the Codex Windows desktop application when the Agent Environment is configured to use WSL.”

Local project creation fails when agent runs in WSL. Windows desktop app shows "Failed to create project" with or without a source folder; disabling WSL mode lets creation succeed.
