Fontconfig cache corruption

Desktop app corrupts user fontconfig cache, crashing KDE and Qt apps. Launching it rewrites ~/.cache/fontconfig as cache-12 with cache-9/10/11 symlinks, then plasmashell and other Qt/KDE apps SIGSEGV in fontconfig.
