Comment action missing in preview
“The Comment/Review action now appears to be missing entirely when selecting text in Markdown files opened from the sidebar.”

Comment action missing from file preview selection menu. Selecting text in a file opened from the sidebar shows only "Add to chat" and "Edit"; multi-passage comments are gone.
