Dictation stopped error
“When I try to dictate a prompt, the extension displays “Dictation stopped”, with Retry and dismiss buttons, instead of adding the transcription to the composer.”

Dictation fails with "Dictation stopped" in VS Code composer. Clicking the microphone button in the composer shows "Dictation stopped" with Retry and dismiss buttons, and no transcription is added.
