New chat plus icon missing
“In the Codex view of the Windows desktop app, the + icon previously displayed at the far right of the global New chat sidebar row is no longer visible.”

Plus icon missing from global New chat sidebar row. The right-hand area of the New chat row at the top of the Codex sidebar is blank, though new chat still works.
