Send disabled in cloud Work

Quiet. No reports and thumbs-up in the last two weeks, down from 2 a week at the early-October peak. A workaround is known.

Send button stays disabled in new cloud Work chats. In the Windows desktop app the prompt accepts typed text but Send stays greyed out; local Work, web cloud Work and existing cloud chats work.
