Taskbar unread badge stuck at 1
“The Windows taskbar icon shows an unread badge of 1, but I cannot find a corresponding unread notification or chat.”

Taskbar unread badge stays at 1 with no unread items. In the Codex Windows app, quitting and reopening does not clear it, and "Mark all as read" is disabled in Activity.
