What's included
- In long or parallel Claude Code sessions, questions, decisions and final replies get buried under tool output and interim narration, so the user scrolls to find what is still open or addressed to them, and items get missed; they want what needs their input kept visible and easy to find.
- Open questions and decisions that pile up over a long session and need tracking until answered.
- Decisions Claude needs while it still has independent work it could continue.
- Returning to a session, or switching between several, and needing the outcome and the ask rather than every tool call.
- Telling Claude's final reply apart from its working narration in the desktop app, VS Code, web and mobile.
Not included
- Folding away earlier turns already read to navigate back through a long transcript.
- Batching several inline annotations on one response into a single message.
- Reviewing the code changes made by a single prompt.
- Talking to Claude by voice and hearing replies spoken back.
