Every message fails with "Connection refused — a firewall or proxy may be blocking it (ECONNREFUSED)" on Windows with no VPN or proxy
"API Error: Connection dropped (ECONNRESET)" repeats in every session, in the terminal and in VS Code, minutes after a restart
"Waiting for API response · will retry · check your network" loops and "Request failed • Retrying" while the network works
"The response stopped arriving. The response above may be incomplete" and "Unable to Connect" mid-response
