What's included
- In the desktop Code tab or CLI, picking a model in one session with the picker or /model changes the default for all new sessions in every project
- New desktop sessions ignore the model set in .claude/settings.json
- In gateway mode, opus, sonnet and haiku aliases resolve to 4.7, 4.6 and 4.5 while the picker rows differ
- The desktop bottom-bar model label and session record stay on the old model after a plugin runs $.command.run with the model command
