- git push/fetch/clone over SSH fails: injected nc ProxyCommand sends no proxy credentials ("UNKNOWN port 65535")
- Read-only 0-byte .git/config.lock left on the host blocks git config writes in other worktrees and terminals
- Leftover .git/commondir "." makes JGit tools such as Spotless fail
- Placeholder gitdir/commondir files make Desktop "Start with worktree" fail on Windows
