Worktrees report workspace not trusted

“Running claude interactively in the worktree shows the full "Quick safety check" trust dialog, exactly as if the parent had never been trusted at all.”

Git worktrees of trusted repos still report workspace not trusted. New or app-created worktree paths lack their own hasTrustDialogAccepted entry in ~/.claude.json; affects claude --bg and desktop app sessions.
