Copy pastes empty into RDP
“Copying text from Claude Code (mouse select with copy-on-select, same with an explicit copy) and then pressing Ctrl+V in an RDP session pastes nothing.”

Copied text pastes empty into RDP sessions on Windows and WSL. Copy writes the clipboard twice, via PowerShell Set-Clipboard and OSC 52; pasting locally works but pasting into Remote Desktop gives nothing.
