Opt-in gzip compression of request bodies for non-Anthropic endpoints. Request bodies are gzip-compressed only for api.anthropic.com; Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform and ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL endpoints get uncompressed bodies, and no setting changes this.
