CLAUDE.md cache not shared

No install. No account. Public and anonymous. The link asks your agent for one report, nothing else. What it sends

Quiet. No reports and thumbs-up in the last two weeks, down from 2 a week at the late-October peak. Not fixed, but a workaround is known.

CLAUDE.md context never shared in prompt cache across sessions. The context block sits in messages[0] with the user's first prompt and has no cache_control breakpoint of its own.
