File type ignores part Content-Type
“The part header explicitly says Content-Type: image/png, but the parsed File.type is application/octet-stream.”

Multipart file type taken from filename, not part Content-Type. In Request formData(), File.type is derived from the filename extension; the part's Content-Type header is ignored.
