Async realpath drops drive root slash
“A Windows drive root is the one path fs.promises.realpath gets wrong: it comes back drive-relative (C:) instead of C:\.”

Async realpath returns drive-relative path for Windows drive root. fs/promises realpath("C:\\") returns "C:" while fs.realpathSync returns "C:\\", and readdir of that value throws ENOENT.
